She helped me pick the colors for my home and also gave me great, detailed guidance on how to redecorate my home so it would be more appealing to a potential buyer. Nadiha went out of her way to help out via phone, text, and facetime to answer questions and provide suggestions via video if she was unable to stop by. Finally, at the end, she came in and staged my home with tasteful pieces that helped my house sell quickly. She is a gem and worth every penny. -LP

I had a lot of furniture and “things” and was unsure what to put in storage and what to keep to prepare the house for showing     I consulted with Showcase Home Staging to aid me in this task. I honestly think it was 24 hours after I contacted SDC that they were at my house with a team of people to move in the furniture and other pieces. Nadia totally understands design and color schemes that made my house look larger. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and professionalism. I was exhausted from all of the preparation with other aspects of getting a house ready to sell such as interior painting, carpet steam cleaning, etc. Nadia totally energized every space and pushed the entire property to the phase that it was ready to show to prospective buyers.  I hired Nadiha and she made herself available within one week to fully stage my 4 story townhome beautifully and luxuriously. She and her team worked fast and efficiently in one day to complete the staging, and even sent me pics at the end of the night (as I lived out of town). The next day I had an offer and went under contract. It was a couple who had seen my house vacant the week before and loved it. They came back and were surprised to see it staged saying it was a lovely home, and then they came back that evening again and made the decision to buy it. We contacted the company. They were very quick to respond and did a wonderful job staging our home. We were trying to sell our home with nothing inside and it sat on the market for a few months.
